@502KYGal@SouthBostonKev Evidence was presented that Karen backed up her car. That was the whole case, and it resonated with some conspiracy theorists.
@BrotherCounsel@DoctorTurtleboy If Aidan was being compensated or had a reasonable expectation of economic gain, doesn’t he now have a potential claim against them for intentional or tortious interference with business relations? @DoctorTurtleboy
@JhnDvln@Bederowlaw Morrissey did go through a year of investigation by the Office of Bar Counsel, and, while the letter I received at the close of the investigation is vague, he may have received a private admonition, which would put him on thin ice moving forward.
@DixieNormu95224 Perhaps Brian Jr. had left the house because he had been tasked with making an early-morning delivery of dog food and other Chloe needs to Caitlin’s home, where Chloe had been sent a few hours earlier.
@BoozeyBeauty My guess has always been that the missing hour or so of Brian Higgins after he left Fairview was partially spent at Kevin Albert’s home, near the CPD, and that it was Kevin’s car that Lucky Loughran saw at Fairview around 3:30am.
@MafiaMasshole Oh Kate, if you tried to apply your intellect to the situation in an unbiased manner, you’d see that Aidan’s interest in the case stemmed from info that Brian Johnson had sent him. That undercuts the plaintiffs’ fact-free speculation that Karen sought him out to do her bidding.
