Repeat after me, "I am like a tree firmly planted and fed by STREAMS of water, which yields its fruit in ITS SEASON; its leaf does not wither; and whatever I do, I PROSPER and come to MATURITY" - adapted from Psalm 1:3

"A happy, calm, and peaceful person will make better decisions. So if you want to operate at peak performance, you have to learn how to tame your mind."

how do you pick yourself back up again?
confidently. deliberately. decisively. without shame. you forgive yourself in full. you believe in your ability to break cycles that used to hold you hostage. you remember that your mistakes will never define you.
Advice no one wants to hear:
you HAVE to put in the work or it isn't going to happen. this means, yes, you're going to need to actually work constantly for a solid year to reach your goals. probably longer than that, honestly. you are going to be tired and it isn't as easy as anyone makes it out to be. but if you don't get up and make the change in your life, no one is.
A lesson I wish I learned earlier: Fear comes from inexperience, not incapability. You're afraid because you haven't done it yet, not because you can't do it. Inexperience is the problem to be solved—and it's only solved through having the courage to act.
fall in love with your life.
wake up early, buy your favorite coffee, go for walks, eat good food, wear what you love and listen to your favorite music. create these little moments of joy that make you fall in love with your life.
If you don’t know what to do, the answer is to learn.
If you know what to do , the answer is to do it.
If you are already doing it, the answer is to never stop.
