@NCHouseGOP @LockamyYates @BrendenJonesNC Here in Columbus County, our board chairmen DOES NOT VOTE, unless the case of a tie. It was a 3-1 vote, so therefore @LockamyYates vote would have made no difference. If you are going to make this an issue, please tell the people the truth. Barbara had no vote in this decision.
