@DavidOo999 I completely agree with you on this. I think we should always be concerned for those not just in our inner circles, but others as well #I2E21
@JCethicsaccount I've thought about this situation before as well, but the more I sit and think about it, the more I realize that any action starts small but they can change into something bigger that could even potentially blind us from the harm that we create #I2E21
@Gracedom3102 Agreed, and this brought me to think about the injustices and inequality for certain groups of people- do they have all the right autonomy? Or is that a different matter? #I2E21
@andrewheller24@SydneyEthics Despite Stormy being the youngest person there, does that rule out the fact that other people were in equal harm? Does age have to do with the amount of security one can get? Or is it based on something else... #I2E21
@_zahrawest@KelzPag Agreed! And adding on to this, I think those that need more assistance aren't necessarily giving up their rights, rather, they're being provided for their needs. In other words, I think assistance is a differentiating factor from rights #I2E21
@2syon53 I think it's important to look at the greater good. It is a fact that many innocent lives were being taken, however, a higher number of lives were then taken in safety in return. #I2E21
@TPhi341 Yes, that's a fair point. But if we are given the fact that all politicians have dirty hands, then we must proceed and choose the most ideal politicians that will bring goods to the table in whatever beliefs/values you may have #I2E21
@Ragnaros2587 I agree, I don't think we can determine what ancient people did was just, though we can most certainly take their actions into consideration and evaluate what is right #I2E21
