News from 10 AEC is that a great day was had at the HQ SW Female Festival of Sport today. It was a great opportunity to try a new sport and compete with an amazing group of women. @OC10AECGp @ArmySWcomd

Great result at the HQSW Festival of Sport today for the ETS. A win for the female cross country team and third place in the male mountain bike race. The British Army Warrior Fitness event is yet to conclude but so far it has been a great day of sport! @OC12AECGp @OC10AECGp
