This is a sincere statement. Transferring payroll before salary harmonization is akin to throwing @UHCmedicsKe down the drain.

Where payroll is housed has never been an issue for this workers. It is an issue between the @MOH_Kenya and @KenyaGovernors.

UHC grievances are clear and precise ;
1. Harmonization of salary and absorption into the P&P establishment.
2. Payment of gratuity

Budgeting process remains open until it's reading in parliament and @HonAdenDuale @fnoluga @MOH_Kenya, @Senate_KE @GvnMandago and @NAssemblyKE @NyikalDr can still caucus and ensure the necessary budget is availed to harmonize salaries from July 2025.

Let the conversation change from issues between two levels of Government to issues that took UHC workers to the current strike.
