A creator marketing company backed by Jake and Logan Paul just launched the same product we built this spring.
Kinda surreal:
Archive just launched "Archie"
An agent that lives in Slack and helps you find creators.
From what I can tell you @ it with a brief, it sends a shortlist, you approve / reject
@samcarf and I shipped Scout in July.
An agent that you can chat with or give your website and it will search / vet / send a shortlist of YouTubers with fit scores, sponsor history, etc
Similar product, same pitch.
Ours was built by a few guys with a few thousand buckets.
It's now run more than 25K+ creator searches for brands, and facilitated more than 2K+ creator intros
Vs a company with 1K+ brands and big money from Tiger Global, Stripe, and angels from OpenAI, Ramp, DoorDash, Perplexity, etc
TBH we are not mad about it
Archive is one of the best run companies in the space. They comes up in customer interviews often. I've studied what Paul and the team puts out.
To see them land on the same answer we did feels like we are early to something happening here.
Archie covers short form (TikTok, IG, YouTube)
Scout covers long-form YouTube.
Our bet is that long-form, high consideration content is worth focusing on today.
Crazy how fast the creator tooling space is moving.
6 months ago 'creator agents' didnt exist
Now incumbents are shipping them
we just dropped Claude for creator sponsorships
>ask for creators
>check who brands are already sponsoring
>find the right contacts
>start the outreach
Scout handles the research. you make the call.
Claude can now run your entire creator program ๐ฆ
Today we're launching an MCP connector for Scout.
It's most comprehensive creator connector ever built for YouTube, trained on real data from millions of creator partnerships.
Why does it matter?
Combine Scout's creator tools + your business context with Claude and it's literally better than hiring an influencer marketing manager. Now any brand can run creator marketing in-house.
From inside Claude you can now:
โ finds and score your brand's best possible creators
โ pull in creator business contacts and manage outreach
โ see which creators your competitors already sponsor
โ enrich your roster from a CSV or Google Sheet
โ vet creator trust scores, find lookalikes
โ track performance, manage analytics and more
By connecting with Claude, Scout can now operate your YouTube creator program on autopilot, with added context from any other data sources like GA4, Meta Ads, Posthog, and more.
Just connect, ask, and Claude + Scout handles the rest.

(BTW, Also works in Cursor, ChatGPT, or whichever LLM environment you use)
a 90 minute video is not eight bullet points. that's how the useful part gets flattened
"did that creator mention [x brand]" is monitoring
"every time they named [x brand], who said it, paid or organic, and whether they came back" is diligence
Scout reads 1m+ videos a month so the second question has an answer
which channel would you run it on?
https://t.co/ei7YW9lgWZ is ChatGPT for scaling your creator program in 2026
>chat in plain-english
>find best-fit creators
>see who your competitors work with
>reach out to the ones you like
>run your campaign on autopilot
iz dat eazy
UGC is the virality lottery
YouTube sponsorships give you access to an audience that already trusts someone
same budget line. completely different game
we've started thinking about them as two different bets:
UGC:
> easy to get off the ground. a dozen assets in a week
> the hard part is scaling. more creators means more testing, hiring, and ops
> low cost per asset. most relationships last one batch
> the asset gets close to a commodity. results come down to the brief and media buying
> if your brief is decent, it's probably better to 10x the ad account than the creator brief
YouTube sponsorships:
> the first win takes longer. shortlist, outreach, production. more time can pass before a read goes live
> fewer deals means less to manage. one integration is not twenty
> volume is not the lever. most of the outcome is decided in the shortlist, before anyone replies
> one integration can keep working after launch. the video is still being watched next year
> the second deal with the same creator is easier to price, negotiate, and produce
the expensive mistake is using the first playbook for the second game
UGC rewards volume & sponsorships punish a bad shortlist
you don't test your way out of a bad creator match. a placement takes weeks to go live, and the audience only hears it once
YouTube sponsorships are the next step for a brand with a proven product that wants to scale and convert through influencer marketing
that's what we built Scout for
we've pulled 2m+ sponsorship reads from five years of YouTube transcripts, so you can see what a channel's deals have actually looked like before you send the first email
does the creator run one deal and disappear?
which competitors already pay them?
which videos ran those deals?
watch the read before you pitch

Introducing: Live Creator Searches, with Scout ๐ฆ
Most creator discovery tools stop working the moment you close your laptop. We think that's lame.
We're building Scout- the AI agent that helps growing brands launch their creator programs on YouTube ๐ฅ
When we started designing Scout, we wanted the experience of launching a creator program with Scout to feel like hiring an influencer manager
Tell it who your customer is, it learns, and then finds, researches, and connects you with the best-possible YouTube creators, like a good manager would.
And strating today, Scout can keep finding and connecting you with your brand's best creators in the background, while you sleep
With Live Creator Search, just:
โ tell Scout what type of creators you're looking for
โ flip on Live inside the search dropdown
โ Scout keeps researching in the background
โ Notifies you when it finds someone new worth meeting
Get setup in 5 min and let Scout run your creator program for you. Next 50 signups get their first 100 creators free at babbl-labs(.)com

another huge one, here's the running changelog of what shipped in scout last week:
1) share a search. send any scout search to a teammate or client by email or link. they accept and it forks into their own account, revealed emails and all
2) new-creator alerts. scout keeps scanning after you close a search and badges the channels that newly fit, plus a "new creators matched" email so you never miss one
3) email sequences. templates are now sequences. one outreach can carry up to two follow-ups that auto-send on a cadence, with variables like channel and company url you drop in as links
4) build a sequence while you compose. add follow-up emails without leaving your draft
5) preview as a real recipient. see exactly what each creator will get before you send
6) 100 free credits. new accounts now start with 100 credits, up from 50
7) clearer credits. the plan page shows what each action costs, a result, an email reveal, a reach-out
8) welcome emails that help. new signups get a personalized email built from your brand profile
9) faster onboarding. brand suggestions and starter prompts show up right at kickoff instead of after a wait
10) faster transcription and steadier routing under the hood, so scout stays quick as volume grows
