@sailbikewrite This is the best analogy I’ve seen for how AI will transform software engineering. Well done.
First principles will still apply and skills like database design, software architecture, test automation and security posture will be what people are measured on.
@couuor Noted, you’re absolutely right. I just had a few conversations internally and there is an ongoing discussion around adding hourly breakdowns. We’ll be doing some discovery around this once we get through busy season. Stay tuned!
@couuor@Supermetrics Hi Connor. I’ll try and help you with this. Can you DM me the email associated with your account and I’ll help fast track this internally. Sorry for the wait you’ve already experienced.
I hope X goes back to normal after the US election.
The ratio of valuable content to election clickbait is way too high for me to spend time on this platform and probably will be for at least the next two weeks.
I’m building out a Google Cloud Storage bucket with raw creatives (mostly images).
Is there an industry standard way to store and catalog these along with their metrics? I’m leaning toward Hive partitioning but need to figure out how to join them with their performance metrics
I really hope that @Atlassian’s conversational AI features are absolutely revolutionary when they are eventually rolled out.
We’ve been piling documentation into Confluence for years in anticipation of making it AI ready. Hope the wait is worth it 🤞🏻
@herrmanndigital@AthleticBrewing started as DTC and I still see them as a gold standard. As soon as I signed up for a triathlon, they started showing up everywhere on my socials, including influencers. They sell wholesale now but still have a great marketing engine. Love this brand 🍻
@eric_seufert I’m mainly curious to see what the adoption curve for this looks like. If we assume that this is an ROI-positive motion for most brands, what percentage will have the means to properly implement this?
@mikewmccarver Agreed. IMO one shouldn’t even have to dive into logs for this info either. Many have a UI-based report you can export (good) but very few have this available via their reporting API (better/best)
I’ve been reading up on the API documentation of many major DSPs in light of the heightened concerns around MFA in adtech. I was surprised to find that very few offer URL-level placement details and some don’t even offer domain-level placement details 🤔
@adamheimlich Love to see it! I feel like this should be standard for buying on the open internet. Verification and ad safety providers are great but more brands are going to want to roll their own systems for this if this keeps up.
I've stayed pretty quiet about last week's news on Google's third-party cookie reversal. Now I'm sharing my thoughts in the @Supermetrics community.
