@nguyendot @HRBlockAnswers I had the exact same problem. My card was charged 7 times. I work as a software engineer and to me, this just shows that H&R Block cut corners and did not spend the money to have enough servers to handle the user volume. I expect a refund as well as everyone else

@juicedald123 @RonyVernet I believe that they are. These people are pleading with the public to come down there with 4k equipment so they can better document what is happening. They are deep in the jungle (some say it's a 10-hour boat ride). According to the villagers, not a single media person has come.
