@AmazonHelp I've reached out to 4 different reps via that link you provided and they were useless. Nobody offered to immediately refund a charge that should have never happened. The only thing done was a ticket created for the request. Now I've got to wait days while my bank account suffers

A passenger threw up in my vehicle on an @uber ride at midnight. @Uber_Support expected me to leave the biohazard bodily fluid in my car overnight to get it professionally cleaned just to provide them with a receipt to prove it. I sent pictures and I have HD video.
