@DividendGrant I still hope the company ultimately succeeds and can grow into a more robust robotics platform. But they are at an inflection point and this wasn’t encouraging. They likely need to dilute or take on new debt. I’ll still be watching and may look at re-entering at a lower price

The $SERV Q2 earnings print is horrendous. Effectively losing Uber Eats, with full-year revenue guidance cut to $9–10m from $26m.

Gross margin still deeply negative. Burning cash while cutting revenue guidance.
This is the opposite of what we’d hope to see.

I’ve exited my holdings for a small loss and will rotate the capital into better opportunities.

Once we get an update on earnings, we can see if they are in fact converting attention from the Enhanced Games into revenue from the Live Enhanced tele/digital health platform. If it’s positive, then I’ll consider adding more.

$IONQ just received final regulatory approval for its $1.8B acquisition of $SKYT. This could be @IonQ_Inc's springboard moment for two reasons:

1. Faster scaling: Owning a trusted U.S. foundry could shorten IonQ’s fabrication cycle from 9 months to 2, accelerating design iterations, yields and its roadmap toward 200,000 physical qubits in 2028.

2. A strategic moat: SkyWater adds domestic fabrication, advanced packaging and defense accreditation. Combined with IonQ’s computing, networking, sensing and security assets, it creates an end-to-end quantum platform that could be difficult for competitors to replicate.

The opportunity is enormous, but approval only removes deal risk. The real proof will be faster development cycles, retained foundry customers, improving yields and delivery against IonQ’s 2028–2030 roadmap.
