@askryanair @Ryanair That doesn't work...I just get a chat bot answer and it asks if I want further assistance. I answer yes, which I think is a relatively easy word to understand, and the chatbot says it doesn't understand. How can I speak to a human please.

Thanks @Ryanair and @askryanair for your utter ridiculous lack of basic customer service. No choice but to travel to the airport potentially 12 hours early. My booking confirmation and itenary say 1905 departure but your app says 0800! How on earth am I supposed to tell!!!!!
