It’s simply the term for any doctor who is not yet a consultant or experienced GP
That includes this 40 year old who’s been a doctor for over 10 years

@mathsjem@ExpFitness We do this but in a 3 year ks4. I am the first person to teach it(new school)This means that my current year 10s have studied stats across 2 years and so we’ve had time to link it to the news/books and not set a minimum target grade(all are grade 5+ though). Further next year!
