@LNER Yes Cameron you have said that 3 times. Your staff who act upon information from the direct source told me it was delayed by 30 minutes. Forget about Trainline, what is the excuse for your staff telling me the same information? There isn’t one. Terrible service.

[Chris Francis @ExploreChrisF]

@LNER train from kings cross to Stirling was delayed from 3pm to 3:42pm, Trainline app sending a notification and LNER staff telling us. We left kings cross and came back at 3:10pm to find that the train had gone at 3pm. What is going on? Appalling service.

[Chris Francis @ExploreChrisF]

@LNER It wasn’t. We were told by YOUR staff as well. So you are accountable for them.

[Chris Francis @ExploreChrisF]

@LNER No, we arrived at kings cross at 2pm. The board said delayed - the LNER staff said approx 30 mins. The Trainline app said 3:42pm. We arrived back at kings cross at 3:10pm and it had gone.

[Chris Francis @ExploreChrisF]

@LNER We were meant to be on the 3pm from London to Stirling. Now stuck in Kings Cross not sure what to do. Why were we told one thing and then the train departed with no notice?!

[Chris Francis @ExploreChrisF]

@AmericanGirl730 @Dan_hawo @richardhyland @piersmorgan Oh Keri, bless you.

[Chris Francis @ExploreChrisF]

@AmericanGirl730 @richardhyland @piersmorgan A trailer edit IS content manipulation to put parts together to create gasp worthy moments, intentionally put together to make people want to watch the real thing. Something that happens on ever show - including The Apprentice I’m sorry to say.

[Chris Francis @ExploreChrisF]

@AmericanGirl730 @richardhyland @piersmorgan Look in the mirror, Keri. Goodnight.

[Chris Francis @ExploreChrisF]

@richardhyland @AmericanGirl730 @piersmorgan Trailers are always edited 😂 otherwise no one would watch the show they’re advertising

[Chris Francis @ExploreChrisF]

@richardhyland @piersmorgan Couldn’t agree more - nothing to do with it being unlawfully edited - if the whole interview were to be edited that way, fine, but not the trailer.
