In between all my meals I contemplated my life choices, what living a meaningful life looks like, and how to *not* cry in an inappropriate setting.

Today for breakfast I had corn chips and hummus. Then for lunch I had French fries and a fruit salad. Finally for dinner I had a Trader Joe’s sriracha shrimp bowl and some more corn chips and hummus. Safe to say- I’m CRUSHING adult life.

FYI- telling someone you value them and appreciate them and not doing anything that truly shows it leads to relationship burnout. Not just romantic, friendship and work too. 🤘🏼
