When God wanted to make David a king, He didn't give him a crown, He gave him a Goliath.
A lot of times when you feel like God's "breaking" you, He's actually BUILDING you for a specific purpose.
I just know there is someone who desperately needs to hear this today.
I am excited to announce my commitment to Wayne State!! Thank you to my family, friends, teammates, and coaches who have supported me through this journey! Huge thanks to @_Coach__O and the @WayneStateWBB staff for this opportunity. All glory to God. GO WILDCATS!

Egan placed in the top 28, outlasting 117 people.
Absolutely insane.

JUST IN: Astronaut Victor Glover shares the Gospel from Artemis II before losing communication.
"Christ said in response to what was the greatest command, that it was to love God with all that you are."
"He said the second ... that is to love your neighbor as yourself."
The loss of communication is expected to last about 40 minutes.
🤣This is a hilarious montage of Chuck Norris jokes.
If you think about it, he really was the first 80’s action hero and pretty much started the genre of 80’s and 90’s action movies.
NEW: High Point's Chase Johnston gives glory to Jesus Christ, mentions John 15:13 after upsetting Wisconsin in March Madness.
"I just want to give all glory to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. It's been an unbelievable season."
"Just a group of guys that's built off, John 15:13. We serve each other, we love each other, and we'd die for each other."
John 15:13: There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.

Iowa has a cancer problem..
Zach Lahn on Iowa's Cancer Paradox: Rural Outdoor Farmers Face Far Higher Cancer Risks Than Nevada - Despite Nevada's Top Smoking Rate and Iowa's Low Smoking & Active Lifestyle
- Zach Lahn states Iowa has "the fastest rate of new cancer of anywhere in the history of human civilization." The top 10 highest-cancer counties are all rural/ag-heavy counties (not urban areas like Des Moines). In the worst counties, lifetime cancer risk is 1 in 2.
- Statewide: Choosing to live in Nevada instead of Iowa gives you a 40% lower chance of getting cancer in any given year.
- Worst Iowa county vs. Nevada: Up to 70% lower risk in Nevada.
- Nevada has one of the lowest overall cancer rates in the U.S. - despite having the highest smoking rate of all 50 states.
- Iowa has very low smoking rates (far below Nevada's), yet one of the highest cancer rates.
- Lahn points out that rural Iowans/farmers spend their days outside getting physical exercise 12 months a year, Yet these same people have higher cancer rates than someone "working in a cube in Des Moines"
- Farmers as a group actually have lower overall cancer rates (thanks to outdoor lifestyle, exercise, lower obesity/smoking), But they have dramatically higher rates of two specific cancers: non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and leukemia.
Lahn ties these directly to chronic exposure to pesticides/chemicals from the dominant ag companies (Bayer, Corteva, Syngenta).
