@SouthwestAir When speaking with the bagclaim 800 number they said they couldn’t authorize rentals and that I’d have to deal with the airport. The airport line goes unanswered. #SouthwestAir there has to be another way…
@SouthwestAir I did and have a file ID. Spoke to people and the Bozeman Airport and at the 800 number. No meaningful updates beyond “they haven’t found it”
@CharlotteFC I really don’t get this?!?! MAR has built a program which is punching well above its weight… this reeks of behind the scenes drama in the front office, not performance related.
