@F3Omaha I have a favor to ask. My dad passed away June 5th this year. I am reminded of everyone that matters to me and the man I want to be. The man my dad and you all helped me be. I have drifted from that. Please hold me accountable to be in the gloom at least 3 days a week!

@LayneMicek @F3Omaha @F3Lincoln @F3Nation I have gained a good amount of weight but I’m also not sure I can handle waking up at 3:30 to be able to be in the gloom with you all. I have thought about it a few times though. I definitely miss it.

6 HIM tackled the gloom this morning with a Murph @f3spartalincoln!! What a great time in the gloom with these great men of @F3Lincoln. I am truly blessed for them, @F3Omaha and @F3Nation!!! Being a part of this family is life changing!!!
