@bookingcom - it’s not ok to cancel my paid for holiday accommodation 5 days before my holiday and offer inequitable alternatives with a paltry offer of £25 on another short notice booking? I’m out of pocket as it’s 7-12 days to refund! I travel in 4 days & have to pay again!

@bookingcom sent a cancellation of my paid for apartment in Protarus. Host Sofoklis blames software problems caused overbooking. We fly out on Saturday but it is still available to book more cheaply than my refund and he’s trying to sell me less equitable places. What’s going on?
