Nagpur Municipal Corporation officials woke up from deep slumber after @kunalmourya01 & team launched drive to remove concrete around trunks of trees. Garden Department wrote letter to engineers asking to avoid choking of trunks of trees during concretization & tarring. @ngpnmc
