@Iberia una vergüenza. 3 h 15 de retraso en el vuelo IB8770 y a una pasajera minusválida en silla de ruedas, de 94 años, no le ofrecen ni un vaso de agua, ni comida, ni la posibilidad de llamar por teléfono (todas cosas que aseguran en su página web).

@iberia_en shame on you. My 94-yr-old mum, in a wheelchair, had a 3h15 delay on her flight yesterday. She wasn't even offered a glass of water, let alone food and 2 phone calls as advertised on the Iberia webpage. Shocking.
