A great day out for one of our cask share groups as we were invited to @Boanndistillery for an epic tasting. We had the core range and some cracking cask pulls on the day, including cream sherry, port and the favorite on the day, the rarely seen Fondillón cask.

Twin Peaks explores the magic of Grain & Malt in Ruby & Tawny Port casks. The result is two fantastic single cask whiskeys.
This is the twin release of Hag's Tooth & Bones Peak.....

Btl #1 of the Dunvilles Capuchin 12 yr old Palo Cortado is now live on @whiskeyauction. Bottle will also include print #1 of both Orla Walsh & Fran Leavey paintings.

Some of these will be unrealsed cask samples and the launch of a new FOIW bottling on the day and probably another surprise or two that we can't tell Laurie or he'll have to update the event page 🤐 (including some special guests to add their thoughts to some of their spirits!)

The bottles will go on sale in December with all profits being donated to the Capuchin DayCentre, Cork Penny Dinners and People's Kitchen Belfast.
