The Chair of Intergovernmental Budget and Economic Council (IBEC) which decides on money sharing with Counties talks about One Man One Vote One Shilling in funerals. He is also the coordinator of Constitutional Commission and Independent Offices among them Commission for Revenue Allocation. He is the Chair of Nairobi Rivers Commission yet complains about demolitions done by his office. The Court has upheld the KDF deployment of 25 June 2024 pursuant to Article 241(3) (b) of the Constitution of Kenya and ordered that:

1. The deployment of KDF to assist the National Police was necessary and is upheld.

2. It is necessary that the terms of engagement, duration and areas of engagement be gazetted within the next two days to allay the apprehension of civilians that their fundamental rights will be curtailed by the KDF deployment

3. Court retains residual powers and remains open to consider any complaints or violations of rights during and eve after the deployment.

The Government through the Ministry of Defense will comply with court decision and issue a new gazette notice in due course.

We shall preserve peace and public safety and protect critical infrastructure of all the three arms of Government.

The Government and KDF in particular will at all times respect the constitution and the law in Discharging its mandate

I have never, in the slightest sense, regretted supporting and voting for President William Ruto. The alternative was a gangland cartel! In fact, your daily insults renew my resolve to support him further. I'll never abandon a course I've believed in since 2019! Ruto was and is the most competent person to manage the affairs of our country.

Now my president, Gen Z, has raised a multitude of issues that need immediate action, which include pilferage and wastage, corruption, utter contempt from some government officials, arrogance and rudeness, unemployment, etc. Kenyans are angry and hungry for everything that is happening in the country, particularly being told to fasten their belts, while cabinet secretaries, MPs, and government officials are displaying opulence, wearing shoes worth KES 300,000, watches worth KES 4,000,000, and some are buying the latest model of cars. It's like they're in competition over who is the first to buy the latest car on the market.

My president, you cannot speak the future to a hungry man; that future will turn into anger. Your eloquence will be seen as arrogance. You cannot speak the future to a man who cannot travel, a man with children out of school for lack of fees, or to parents who cannot afford medical care for their children. For whom does that future belong? Make the present bearable with a few sacrifices here and there, not by creating a situation that could lead to mass suicide. Do away with corrupt government officials; fire some arrogant and rude economic advisers. Deal with corruption head-on, eliminate pilferage and waste, etc.

Your excellence, you have three more years to reclaim public trust and confidence. From what Gen Z has raised, they're suffering. Come to their rescue. Evacuate them from the wants of elementary human needs, then communicate the future master plan. There must be a way of focusing on and investing in the future without necessarily compromising the needs of the current generation.
