It's like when you get arrested at a Widespread Panic concert. The jail is LIT!

Was at a show in ATL and we saw these guys in the parking lot that looked like undercover cops. My friend started asking them "What's your job?" and then loudly, "These guys look like a buncha cops!"

I walk away cuz it seems shit is about to pop off. I make it around a corner when I see this fat guy fly by yelling "They're beating your boy!" so I run back over to help...and immediately get grabbed by one of these gorilla undercovers and thrown on the ground and into handcuffs.

Turns out they WERE cops 😅. They arrest us for "Inciting a riot"

We get to the jail and it's live AF with a buncha hippies from the show. I make friends while I'm there. One of the guys turns out to be a great LSD hook up for years.

We spent the night in jail, went to court in the morning and the cops never show up, so the judge dismisses the charges and we get to walk out right then and there.

It's a 3-day show, and the undercovers told us "Don't come back" but we're here for the shows, and that was only night 1- we go right back. Funny thing is , since we busted their cover, those same cops couldn't come back and work the crowd all weekend 😅😂🤣
