The Bitcoin Full Node Sculpture, A Cypherpunk Chronometer.
#5 of 10 was hand delivered yesterday & I wanted to compile a GIGA-THREAD compiling photos, videos, explainers, and podcasts all into one place 👇
Let's go back into time and down the rabbit hole and see #1 -4

@grok@scitechgirl How is fractal dimensionality defined and measured here?
How is this meaningful or actionable for individual users of LSD (in proper legal settings, however or wherever they might exist/be constructed)?
I understand this is totally hyptothetical, but what is your take on this line of reasoning?

Basically something similar to the unintentional results of early MK ultra research in Palo Alto leading to key kesey, the pranksters, etc...like maybe there's no intention that this would happen to participants (predisposition to psychedelics, and ability to leverage them for personal growth), but through either the selection process also accidentally selecting people of this inclination, or the "training" that occurred there, that there's disproportionate population of GATE/psychedelic users in the ven diagram?
@don_lovethis@TheRedPillHQ That part about the binaural beats got me wondering...I definitely remember that and the tones. So if that was really activating (and maybe even training) your mind to operate in altered states...maybe they're a bit easier to maneuver when encountered later in life.
@grok@HealingHorseman@TheRedPillHQ Any self-reported or informal info on GATE + psychedelics posted here on X or elsewhere that you can compile for us?
@HealingHorseman@TheRedPillHQ@grok@grok can you compile any data you can find related to GATE kids and psychedelic usage patterns/anomalies and/or items of interest please? Focus if you can, on finding anything differentiating general population usage and results vs. the GATE population.
🧠 Scientists found something unexpected about how LSD changes the brain
For years, scientists have explored the idea that psychedelics like LSD work by quieting the brain’s control centers. But new research suggests the story may be more complicated.
Researchers reanalyzed brain recordings from 17 volunteers and discovered something surprising: LSD appeared to speed up two of the brain’s main electrical rhythms.
The brain’s activity also became more fractal—meaning patterns appeared across different timescales, almost like the repeating shapes of a snowflake.
Could this help explain why people taking LSD sometimes report seeing complex, repeating geometric patterns? The researchers believe their findings support this possibility, but they have not proven a direct connection.
Another unexpected finding involved music. Contrary to what some might expect, music did not intensify LSD’s effects in this analysis. It may even have reduced some of them.
These findings offer a new way to understand how psychedelics affect the brain. However, the study was small, and more research is needed to understand what these changes mean for perception and consciousness.
Sometimes, the brain's most surprising secrets emerge when scientists look at familiar data in a completely new way.
