It would appear Swim England, once again, failed to act upon reasonable reports made about coaching and welfare standards in the 00s and 10s.

@BBCPanorama @Swim_England @Tanni_GT Swimming has the highest rate of EDs in sport. EDs have highest rate of mortality in mental health issues. Any decent coach would know this & would be actively ensuring swimmers welfare in this area. Especially as these "swimmers" are children.@Swim_England has a duty of care
