@DoranBennett @proteinimaging In my experience VMD can do beautiful stuff but you'll need a pretty good GPU to get high quality rendering. Hope it helps!
@DoranBennett For rendering purposes, I suggest @proteinimaging ! It' entirely online, intuitive and the quality achievable it's impressive!
If you want to stick with pymol and want publication quality rendering easily, you might want to check out https://t.co/4KU1iiQKrd (and shortcuts).
Thrilled and proud to see the results of countless hours of research finally out. This collaboration project was a blast (and a headache at times). Hopefully, it will help us understand this virus (guess which one) a bit more :) Enjoy the read!

Dr. Wright (@Astro_Wright) with this commentary dropped truth by the gallon... And daaamn he was not afraid to call out the flaws of academic publishing and how these negatively affect science. SUCH A REFRESHING READ https://t.co/ChVDt51Tuz

I was over at the Blanton Building yesterday and was taken by the abundant #fallcolors framing the #smu building.
With the winds that afternoon, I’m not sure how much longer we are going to have that autumn look in #Dallas. We have to enjoy it while we can.
@DeepTravelJapan I just started learning Japanese as a hobby. I am currently using two apps: Human Japanese and Duolingo. If u don't have much spare time and money to invest, I strongly suggest this combo!
