@DoranBennett @proteinimaging In my experience VMD can do beautiful stuff but you'll need a pretty good GPU to get high quality rendering. Hope it helps!

@DoranBennett For rendering purposes, I suggest @proteinimaging ! It' entirely online, intuitive and the quality achievable it's impressive!
If you want to stick with pymol and want publication quality rendering easily, you might want to check out https://t.co/4KU1iiQKrd (and shortcuts).
