Riwa Special Economic Zone (SEZ) & Aggregation Park.
Located on a 532 acre tract at Riwa in West Karachuonyo Ward / Rachuonyo North, extending toward the Lake Victoria shoreline. It anchors local agri-processing, multi-fruit (pineapple) processing, fish processing, and leather hubs.
We need local factories producing milk, bread, tissue paper, and daily necessities to drive immediate employment and circulate money locally. We will bring investors from across Kenya and globally to partner with us in building Karachuonyo's industrial future.
County Aggregation and Industrial Park (CAIP) ; Situated within the broader Riwa SEZ footprint to process produce aggregated from farmers across all Karachuonyo wards.
