@HardwareSteam What type of expandability / upgrades can we expect with the steam machine in terms of hardware, can we upgrade RAM, maybe add a graphics card using an M.2 to PCIe or OCuLink adapter?
@mia1421446 I honestly tried a couple of times and the game seems boring to me.
And I actually like the atmosphere but idk why it just seems a chore to go to A to B to fetch or take out x enemies.
Maybe I didn't give it enough play time to grow on me.
@Pirat_Nation Not the best solution, In my experience I once had issues toping up my steam wallet so the only way I was able to do so was purchasing physical gift cards
@Pirat_Nation With the release of the steam controller at 90€ plus the recent price hike of the steamdeck there's no hope for a steam machine under 800€ unfortunately!
Valve has released free official CAD files for the outside case of its new Steam Controller and the Puck charging stand and this makes it much easier for people to create mods and accessories.
You can download them now on GitLab and they include ready-to-use 3D models plus clear drawings that show important areas you must not cover such as the antenna lights and ports.
The files use a Creative Commons license that lets you share and change the designs with credit but only for non-commercial use and Valve says they cannot wait to see what the community makes.

@ForeverPhysical@Ubisoft So would this mean for a PS5 Release that the new DRM scam Sony is implementing will be in effect, that means after 30 days if you can't log in to the internet you won't be able to access your game?
