Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu.

We are delighted to announce to the entire NovaChain Blockchain Academy community that we have successfully completed a significant milestone in our journey, as NOVACHAIN ACADEMY LTD has now been officially registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Nigeria.

This is a major achievement for us, and it further demonstrates our commitment to building NovaChain Blockchain Academy into a sustainable institution that will continue to provide quality education and training in Blockchain, Web3, and Digital Technology.

We would like to emphasize that the CAC registration is only the first of several important steps we are taking towards building a well-structured, legally compliant, and sustainable institution.

To ensure that NovaChain operates with high standards, complies with relevant regulations, and is prepared for potential partnerships with Government institutions, NGOs, schools, companies, and other organizations, we are continuing to work on several important regulatory and compliance requirements, including:

1. NRS — Tax Registration & Tax Compliance

Establishing the appropriate tax registration and compliance framework based on the nature of the educational and training activities that the Academy will undertake.

2. NDPC — Data Protection Compliance

Ensuring the protection, security, and proper management of the personal data of our students, members, and other users of our services, in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

3. NBTE — TVET/Skills Training Compliance

Where the training and skills-development programmes offered by the Academy fall within the scope of the framework regulated by NBTE, we will follow the appropriate procedures to ensure full compliance with the relevant requirements.

4. Government MDA Compliance & Partnership Requirements

Following the appropriate procedures and requirements for establishing partnerships and collaborations with Government Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).

5. ITF, PENCOM & NSITF — Employee/Employer Compliance

Depending on the size of the company, number of employees, and nature of our operations, we will continue to comply with the applicable requirements relating to employees and employers.

We would also like to emphasize that these steps are not initiatives we are only beginning today. We had already started engaging with the relevant authorities before completing our CAC registration. However, some of the relevant authorities informed us that completing the CAC registration was a necessary first step before proceeding with certain other registration, compliance, and accreditation processes.

Alhamdulillah, we have now successfully completed our CAC registration. Therefore, we will continue the work from where we stopped, following the appropriate procedures and ensuring compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.

We are taking these steps because we want to make it clear that NovaChain is not merely a name or a temporary project. We are building a strong, credible, compliant, and sustainable institution that is committed to creating an effective environment for education, training, innovation, and collaboration.

We understand that building a strong institution is not something that can be achieved overnight. Therefore, we are taking every step carefully, patiently, and in accordance with the appropriate laws and regulations, with the aim of building a sustainable future.

We pray that Allah blesses and places goodness in every step that this Academy takes, and grants us the ability to achieve the goals and objectives we have set before us.

We extend our special appreciation to everyone who has contributed, advised, supported, encouraged, and stood with us in one way or another from the beginning of this journey up to this important milestone.

Muna sanar da al’ummar mu cewa an ɗage zaman Live na daren yau, mai taken Tasirin Blockchain ga Al’ummarmu, Muna son bayyana cewa wannan dagewar hukumar NovaChain Blockchain Academy ce ta ɗauki matakin, ba daga bakin da muka gayyata ba.

Mun ɗauki wannan matakin ne domin ci gaba da kammala wasu muhimman shirye-shirye, da kuma gyara wasu abubuwan da muke aiki a kansu a bayan fage. Muna son tabbatar da cewa idan muka gudanar da wannan zama, zai kasance cikin tsari mai kyau, inganci, da kuma matakin da ya dace da irin mutanen da muke gayyata da kuma al’ummar da muke wakilta.

Mun san cewa da yawa daga cikinku kuna ɗokin wannan zama, kuma muna matuƙar godiya da haƙurinku, fahimtarku, da kuma ci gaba da ba NovaChain Blockchain Academy goyon baya. Za mu sanar da sabuwar rana da lokacin gudanar da zaman da zarar an kammala sake tsara shi.

A NovaChain, burinmu ba wai kawai shirya tattaunawa kan Blockchain ba ne. Muna aiki ne wajen gina ilimi, al’umma da damammaki waɗanda za su taimaka wajen haɓaka fahimtar Blockchain da kuma yadda za a rungume shi a Arewacin Najeriya da ma sauran wurare.

Muna kuma son tabbatar da cewa duk wanda muka gayyata domin ya yi magana da al’ummarmu, zai samu kyakkyawan tsari da yanayin da ya dace domin isar da iliminsa cikin inganci.

Ku ci gaba da kasancewa tare da mu. Akwai wasu muhimman abubuwa da muke ginawa a bayan fage, kuma muna fatan abin da ke zuwa zai kasance mai matuƙar amfani ga al’ummarmu.
