Once again I am utterly impressed by the kindness and care shown by @tfwrail staff, as my daughter with autism and anxiety navigates changes due to rail replacement services at Caerphilly this morning. Thank you

PS. She sent the original email from 2 yrs ago & replied to the response stating she can't travel to London from South Wales. She's not even had a reply! I have 3 kids and I've spent ££ on @jellycat_help over the years. You'll send to influencers but won't let us buy one online?

Then to be told by your team she would have to go to London to get one. A girl with autism and severe anxiety! What is one small plush toy to you? Nothing in the scheme of things, yet to her if would've meant so much. I am so disappointed and saddened by your response to her.

@HMRCcustomers So essentially I've had approx £155 interest over my allowance in the tax year?? That makes a lot more sense! I'm guessing it will be reviewed next year again, as the savings - which were temporary from a house sale - have been used!

1. This is 7 yrs old Tom. One day he told his schoolmates that his uncle was Superman. Kids made fun of him and no one believed him. Then his mother made a call, and asked her brother-in-law to take him to school one day. And Henry Cavill, of course, was delighted to do so
