وزیر تعلیم سندھ سید سردار علی شاہ نے میڈ اِن پاکستان کانفرنس میں بحثیت مہمان خصوصی شرکت کی۔

اس موقع پر مختلف سماجی شخصیات، کاروباری شخصیات، انڈسٹریلسٹ، آنٹرپینیوئرز کے علاوہ یوتھ پارلیمنٹ کے ارکان اور نوجوانوں کی بڑی تعداد نے شرکت کی۔

“میڈ اِن پاکستان کانفرنس اینڈ ایوارڈ” تقریب کراچی کے پرل کانٹینینٹل ہوٹل میں منعقد کی گئی۔

صوبائی وزیر سید سردار علی شاہ نے نوجوانوں کا حوصلہ بڑھاتے ہوۓ کہا کہ پاکستان کا مستقبل روشن تعبیر کی صورت میں ہمارے سامنے موجود ہے۔

موہین جو دڑو کے آثار اس بات کا ثبوت ہیں کہ یہاں کے لوگ چیزیں بناتے تھے اور اپنی مصنوعات دنیا بھر میں بھیجتے تھے۔ سید سردار علی شاہ

اس خطے سے کاروبار کرنے والے ہم پیچھے نہیں رہ سکتے اگر ہماری مصنوعات میں ایمانداری شامل نہ ہو۔ وزیر تعلیم سندھ

اس موقع پر نوجوانوں کو موقع دیا گیا کہ وہ کاروباری شخصیات سے مل کے کریئر کاؤنسلنگ پر تجاویز حاصل کی۔

Sindh Minister for Education @sardarshah1 said that after the transfer of the budgets, school heads would be able to independently manage repairs and maintenance, purchase furniture, improve washing facilities, procure stationery, undertake tree plantation, organise co-curricular activities and carry out other essential works.

Previously, all such matters were managed centrally.

سندھ کے اسکولوں کو پہلی بار بااختیار بنایا جا رہا ہے، مالی اختیارات کو نچلی سطح تک منتقل کیا گیا ہے، ساڈھے 18 ارب روپے کے فنڈز جاری کیے گئے ہیں۔ یہ فنڈز فرنیچر، مرمت اور دیکھ بھال، پانی، صفائی اور حفظانِ صحت کی سہولیات، اسٹیشنری، ہم نصابی سرگرمیوں اور اسکولوں کی روزمرہ ضروریات کے لیے استعمال ہوں گے۔ ھیڈ ماسٹر یا پرنسپال یہ فنڈ کوٹیشن پر استعمال میں لائے گا ۔ جس کی مانیٹرنگ محکمہ ایک ڈجیٹل ایپ کے ذریعے کریگا ۔مگر اس سے بھی زیادہ مانیٹرنگ کا کام آپ خود یعنی سماج کا ھے ۔

صوبہ سندھ میں پہلی بار سرکاری اسکولوں کو انتظامی اور مالی طور پر مضبوط بنانے کے لیے “اسکول اسپیسفک بجٹ” کے تحت 18 ارب 63 کروڑ روپے جاری کیے گئے ہیں۔
اس بجٹ کا مقصد اسکولوں کو بااختیار بنانا اور بنیادی سہولیات بہتر کرنا ہے۔

•بجٹ سے یہ کام ممکن ہوں گے:
•رپیئر اور مینٹیننس، کلرنگ
•فرنیچر کی خریداری،سولر پلیٹس کی نصب
•واش روم اور صفائی کی سہولیات
•اسٹیشنری اور روزمرہ کی ضروریات
