We are updating Higgsfield’s Terms of Use to more clearly reflect our commitments to creators and ensure they feel confident, protected, and in control of their work.

We’d like to be clear on what is true and will stay true on the Higgsfield platform: creators, agencies, studios, and enterprises own the content they create with Higgsfield. They are free to use it commercially, and Higgsfield does not claim ownership of user outputs.

Our latest update added terms for new products, including MCP and Supercomputer. We will also revise legacy language introduced last year to make clear that:

- Your private content stays private. Higgsfield can only promote publicly available content (for example, material posted to the public community page or entered into a contest) – never your private work.
- Higgsfield's license to your content will be limited to what is necessary to provide, operate, and maintain the best service and experience.

The update published on July 23 will become binding for all users by August 7. Before that date, we will publish revised Terms of Use along with a blog post outlining key changes.

We listen to our community, and we act on clear feedback. As AI evolves, Higgsfield will continue raising the standard for being a trusted partner to creators and businesses.
