No one wants to say “Johnny is pursuing plumbing” … they want to say “Johnny starts college in the fall at…”

I also think it’s older gens who were sold the lie of higher ed. I believe this stigma will change in 5-10yrs

@TripleNetInvest Haha had a tenant who owned a photo studio, and one of the setups was a bed. Turns out, he was living there…

Oh, and shooting porn there, too. Stupidity bragged to the local judge (also a tenant) about it. Needles to say the feds showed up the next day and we evicted him.

@TripleNetInvest @ParcFinancial What about lending them the money to do the improvements and building it into the rent? I've heard of tenants doing this to increase rents/NOI.

@girdley How do you go about launching/running each business. Are you getting one up and running before moving to the next or building multiple businesses simultaneously? Interested in taking my 25+ years of owning/operating family biz to start a HoldCo. but not sure how to start. Thanks!
