@TUIUK paid a massive upgrade fee for a swim up room, didn’t get a swim up room. Complained via rep on site, app and email and just received a call to say you can’t/wont help - basically you don’t care once you’ve got my money right?

@scssofas please can you confirm the delivery date for my sofa? I was originally told 24/2/22 which wasn't suitable, so called and rearranged for 10/3/22, was told would get confirmation of this. Have had no confirmation. Need to know for work/arrangements for old furniture etc
