@tobi Please look into my Shopify case. Shopify Payments was terminated without any explanation. ~$60K in payouts is being held and ~$80K in subscription revenue is affected. I can’t pay my taxes or properly provide for my little kid. I’m just asking for a fair manual review.

@wesleydegraaff_ Here you can see how many % of the orders are being refunded. I have a good running product but 4% of the customers refunds it. (chargebacks not included) Is that ok? What is your max that you would go? Or dont you do it like this? Thanks for your time! :)

@wesleydegraaff_ Ok will check thank you Wesley. When do you determine to remove a product from your store because there are too many refunds/chargebacks on it? In shopify you can see your products and how many refunds there are per product. (see next comment)

@wesleydegraaff_ How do you manage your quality checks for your google stores? As you know all your products sell on google, you dont have 2-3 winners for example. Did 18k days but got a 100% hold because I sold shit products and didnt set up disputifier well.
