I'm so happy to reveal that I was lucky enough to take part in a creator showcase! See the full creation demo for this script at https://t.co/rbEtYGqiCx
Big thanks for the r/neography mods for including me!
This is going to be my next carving, thanks to Zafry Hadi: "Om shanti, shanti, shanti om" based on inscriptions in the Angkor style from about 1000 years ago--a form of reconstruction from stone to digital font that is his speciality. They don't make scripts like this any more.
Pippa's CREWS monograph, 'Exploring Writing Systems and Practices in the Bronze Age Aegean' is now available as a free open access download:

Easily the hardest quiz I've ever posted. No, this is not from the Voynich Manuscript, but what *is* it? Clue: it may be the world's most endangered script.
@andrewhuang I would love to see cello as one of your options, or even sitar? One song could feature aux percussion or something like the pandero. I would also love to hear you guys build a song around bird samples:)
This is a sample I made for Infernal, a script available in the "Caliya’s Chronicle of Runes" Kickstarter campaign! It's got extravagant capitals, numbers, and punctuation!
Grab yourself a key, or even a downloadable font!

I am so excited to share this, I had the honour of collaborating on three of the scripts for this project! The whole thing is well put together and gorgeous!

In the past months we uploaded hundreds of new images of #Mayahieroglyphic texts and imagery into our open access Maya Image Archive https://t.co/997vcwlhlj, the repository created by the @idiom_project Text Database and Dictionary of Classic Mayan project at @UniBonn.
@gliese1337 If you find success in front forge you should make some tutorials I spent hours and hours trying to make it cooperate before I just gave up lol
What a fabulous number system! I'm so grateful to see more writing adopted by Unicode, maybe it won't take 30 years next time...
Congrats to speakers of Iñupiaq, you deserve this win!
A group of Inuit middle schoolers invented a new number system that better fits their language (Iñupiaq), and now Unicode has adopted these symbols, meaning they can be used for typing, in apps, and on the web

@AWalkerScott1 If my hair is long enough, a thin stick is a quick and effective way to have hair looped and secured up! Maybe I could use a small tool or utensil?
