لهذا أنصح الجميع بأن يهتم بنفسه، بصحته النفسية لأنها لا تقل أهمية عن البدنية، وبأن تساعدوا أصدقائكم و من تحبون، أن تكونون أقرب لهم، أحياناً كل ما يحتاجونه هو هذا.
