@anon_opin Anyone working on gas HAS to renew qualifications every five years, plus will normally have at least 1 inspection by Gas Safe in that period (and follow ups if not 100%), with the risk of removal from the Gas Safe register if not deemed competent..does your job require that?

@TheRunnerMan17 Sometimes you get a race/event where everything just clicks for you and you achieve a pb, you’ve done all the training etc but on the day things just work (the reverse can happen as well of course!). And as it’s a WR I’m sure testing was carried out to ensure the validity.

I’ve done marathons and the walk/runners are often the best ones to see as they have enough breath to say things to make you laugh and cheer you on.
Most people say they’ve “done” a marathon regardless of time.
