Excited to try out some new foot strengthening equipment, including the TOE STRONG resistance bands for feet! Evidence shows that calf raises with toes extended to 30° maximises the force-length relationship of the intrinsic foot muscles helping to strengthen them effectively🦶🏼💪🏼
