did I achieve all the goals I set for myself this year? no. but did I nourish myself spiritually and creatively? not at all. but did I maintain a proper regimen of diet and exercise? listen,
@FarquharsonScot@FoxworthShow I read that they reached out to Sam Ehlinger who had started a few games for them within the last couple of years, but he declined and chose to stay with the Broncos. Rivers was kinda the only choice left at that point.
@MattStephens They’ve got a chance to win the conference and go to the playoff, so that doesn’t surprise me. If they didn’t, I bet he’d have left immediately.
@DerekAl01150767 I wasn’t a fan of those stories, either, but I think one of the problems is they don’t stick with anything. There’s no continuity between the games. Infinite wasn’t a continuation of 5. Rebooting or remaking everything isn’t great.
@Halo I don’t need a live gameplay demo since I experienced it twenty-three years ago. Instead of yet another remake (and the second one of this title, at that), how about making a new game that is a continuation of what you did before?
@Kevin_Lytle Thanks. I still think it’s too early. The defense hasn’t given up more than 20 to non-Big 10 teams, so if Brousseau continues to play well and the offense gets going, things could improve. Give it a few weeks to see.
@Kevin_Lytle Then, CSU would either have a lame-duck coach in his last year or have to give him an extension. If they want to fire him, they should probably just do it sooner rather than wait.
@Kevin_Lytle …and make a bowl game and/or make a run in the conference standings, the narrative could change. It’d be like last year, a good record that papers over underlying issues. The program may not have actually gotten any better, but the record looks like it has. (2/)
