Most cardiologists still tell patients: “Your cholesterol is the problem. Take this statin.”
After operating on thousands of hearts, I can tell you that’s incomplete at best — and dangerous at worst.
The real drivers of heart disease are what I call The 3 Missed I’s.

they haven’t finished any project they started, they then start a new project, never pay out bonus, fees, rewards, etc …. it’s obvious these guys are jus marketing geniuses that fooled us all. the coins never did nothing during last bull market and i wouldn’t hold my breath during next bull market. they can’t compete with people who have a lot more resources, education, money , etc . other big founders will always destroy their model with faster build and more quality.
there’s an old saying it’s easier to trick a man than convince him he has been tricked
buy bitcoin and bitcoin only or gamble and play roulette among 10,000+ coins but you would have better odds at roulette table in casino that pays 35 to 1
🚨 Jeremy Jacques Cahen (Pauly0x / JackDorsey0x), James Edgar (JimmyEdgar) & Ryan Hickman (Hwonderofworld) explain to authorities and users where all the investors’ money actually went.
Pond protocol is non-functional. Promised features were never delivered after 3 years. Tokens dumped -99%, liquidity gone, while users paid massive fees for nothing.
If you lost money, report it. Don’t let them walk away with years of extraction and self-enrichment.

@bryan_johnson it is cool you are doing the enhanced games but it’s going take to much of your time, attention, and energy for what you were actually put here on earth to do which is help mankind live longer with a better quality of life
Ilhan Omar is a prime example of why our constitutional amendment is necessary.
She allegedly committed marriage and immigration fraud to get her brother into this country, is tied to millions in a Somali fraud case in her own state, and has made comments publicly about how she is “Somalia first.”
She has spewed hate towards law enforcement officers keeping innocent Americans safe, did not know how many World Wars have been fought, and has stood on American soil and said the United States is turning into one of the worst countries in the world.
She's not a natural born American citizen. And she's made clear she's not America first. She has no business being in a position of power within our government.
Regarding the OpenAI case, the judge & jury never actually ruled on the merits of the case, just on a calendar technicality.
There is no question to anyone following the case in detail that Altman & Brockman did in fact enrich themselves by stealing a charity. The only question is WHEN they did it!
I will be filing an appeal with the Ninth Circuit, because creating a precedent to loot charities is incredibly destructive to charitable giving in America.
OpenAI was founded to benefit all of humanity.
how many bitcoin could @saylor have if he could do a better job at only buying 4-8 times a year at bottoms deploying $10 billion+ per transaction? at minimum stop buying during year of bull run
@scottmelker if you actually drove the car the way it was meant to be driven daily then you would love it! but most guys are tight with money and worry about the loss in value it cost them with miles
I rarely eat out.
Maybe once a month. Went yesterday to a restaurant (Italian, Mediterranean) in West Seattle for Mother’s Day last night.
Total for 5 of us ( we don’t drink alcohol) with one salad, humus and 3 vegetarian pastas was $97
The check said 3.5% surcharge for credit card. Then 17% service fee, mandatory.
Then tips were 20% 22% and 25% optional.
I asked if I could pay in cash.
No. They don’t take cash. Then how can I avoid the credit card fee I asked.
You can’t.
So I asked why the service charge.
It pays for the employees they said.
Then why the tip I asked.
It pays for front office staff
I don’t get it.
I don't know who needs to hear this, but can we start a Class Action Lawsuit against the U.S Governent?
U.S Citizens vs United States.
Gross negligence in handling taxpayer funds would be a good start.
Who's with me?
