Weโre happy to announce that Wavedash has joined the Defold Foundation as a Corporate Partner!
Kyler Blue, CEO at @wavedash:
โDefold is one of the most respected engines in the web games space. It is source-available, lightweight, and engineered with craft. These are values we believe in at Wavedash. Partnering with the Defold Foundation lets us invest directly in the engine, tooling, and community of Defold developers.โ

I built an open sourced game about a snail that carries a life in its shell over endless seas. Itโs cozy and interactive. PC and mobile compatible.
You can play it on @wavedash with the links below + the git repo
Holy moly... thank you @PixiJS and @wavedash !!! ๐
Working with Pixi on this project was sick!
Being on the same page as GDevelop is kinda surreal because I made a bunch of games with that in the past both on my own and with @tulenvaki team!

Now I can say final version of my game is live at @wavedash below is the demo and link
https://t.co/lFaudqKuDj dont forget to checkout leaderboards too in wavedash. Built using @threejs and spl thanks to @bruno_simon for vite + threejs template.
Also thanks for tips @FatalExit
@notsotacet@wavedash TY... appreciated you noticing that. I personally don't mind lua either, I want Teal to get first class support tbh because that would suit my brain better.
Congratulations everyone who submitted for the @wavedash#gamejam , will be sure to try out the games that I haven't played yet over the coming days... here's mine anyway! ๐
@KenneyNL Mirroring and quick snapping are insane improvements, and the gizmo stuff is great too... owned the deluxe version for ages, this might bring me back!
A friend of ours @FatalExit made a fantastic game for a a game jam just last weekend.
Highly recommend to try it and please give him a note <3

100%. Perfection is a construct & an impediment to ever getting something done. IMO it's a myth & everything has subjective appeal.
Also you don't learn by pushing something to 80-90% finished then moving the goalposts every time you reach that milestone time & time again.
The version of your game that you imagine in your head is always better than the version you ship. That's true for every game ever made. Ship anyway. The shipped version is the only one that exists.
@MyMoonEnt@wavedash Best of luck with your game too! ๐ Part of why I love finishing so early is I got to do so many extra patches and tweaks already.
Submitted the first published game to the @wavedash spring #gamejam!
DEAD SUN is an arcade survival game where you balance sheltering from the red giant in the sky in shadows with outrunning an oncoming firestorm. Featuring leaderboards, achievements and banger soundtrack!
