The context of the conversation was around incompetence and how incompetence is harmful/evil in some cases but rarely treated as such, and so he’s making the point that “evil” people are often effective bc to be considered evil you have to be effective, obviously the most evil people are very effective at enacting their evil schemes. He is probably correct in that, but obviously that does not mean anyone should aspire to be evil!!!! But we should acknowledge the harm of incompetence and, if we care about being good, which we should, we should seek to be as effective as the evil people. Kind of convoluted but I just hate how these Democrat slop accounts clickbait people across the board.
