@MTPHereToHelp I have been regularly complaining about double parking opp Mrinal Tai ground, in the lanes of New Mhada colony. MTP has just been giving false promises, no action has been taken against these offenders even though I have shared videos and pictures with Number plate

It is such a tragedy that in India, a person who is falsely accused of a crime, cannot file a case against the person who falsely accused him under laws meant to punish false accusers once he is declared innocent

It is only courts or police which can initiate proceedings under these laws and they rarely ever do

Advocate @AshwiniUpadhyay has filed a PIL regarding this in Supreme Court and notice has been issued

I really hope we see a fruitful outcome of this PIL.

The Supreme Court said this in 2014.

In dowry harassment cases police must not arrest immediately on the day of complaint.

A notice must be sent first. An inquiry must be conducted.

That judgment was Arnesh Kumar vs State of Bihar.

12 years later UP DGP Rajiv Krishna had to issue the same order again last week.

Because police were still arresting husbands and their families on the day of complaint.

No evidence. No inquiry. Arrest first. Investigate later.

A Supreme Court judgment ignored for 12 years.

A DGP had to repeat it as an order.

Her name is Rita Kaushik.

She was the Principal Family Court Judge in Jaunpur Uttar Pradesh.

In December 2024 Atul Subhash named her in his 81 minute video and 24 page suicide note.

He alleged she demanded Rs 5 lakh bribe for a favourable verdict in his case.

He alleged a court clerk demanded Rs 3 lakh just to schedule hearing dates.

When he refused the alimony order came. Rs 80,000 per month.

Atul Subhash died on December 9 2024.

No FIR was filed against Rita Kaushik.

No inquiry was ordered.

On June 6 2025 she was promoted to District Judge.

Atul Subhash’s case is adjourned to November 2026.

The accused in his death are on bail.

The judge he named is now a District Judge.

This is the system Indian men are fighting.
