@TUIUK Holiday cancelled by @TUIUK & trying to claim EU flight compensation. Complaint raised on 13th June & all TUI do is send bot messages claiming to get back in 56 days. Last DM complaint closed by TUI as the holiday was cancelled, by TUI #avoidTUI
@TUIUK why is flight delay compensation only applicable for the outbound flight and not the return flight when @TUIUK cancelled the flight in the first place !

@TUIUK@TUIUK why can’t you escalate this as the flight was cancelled by yourselves on the 13th of June. Our first holiday out of lockdown & we trusted you to give us a holiday to remember. This is now a holiday to remember for all the wrong reasons. @TUIUK pay our flight compensation
@TUIUK This is not acceptable given @TUIUK cancelled our holiday less than 3 days before we were due to depart. @TUIUK sort out everyone’s EU flight compensation complaints & claims & stop hiding behind unfair response times
Just a warning to anyone raising a complaint with @TUIUK & not getting a response, every subsequent complaint raised thereafter resets the clock & they only count the 56 days response time from the last complaint you raised. @TUIUK shame on you !
@TUIUK The only thing I'm dreaming of is for @TUIUK to actually pull their finger out and refund people as per complaints submitted!!! They say dreams can come true but @TUIUK are more like a nightmare!! Ps I'm STILL here waiting!!! Refund me please!
