If "pro pals" actually cared about Palestinian lives and future, you'd call for hamas to surrender and for them to stop using Gaza as a launchpad for jihad.

That's the fastest way to end the death and destruction. Palestinians deserve better than eternal war under a group whose charter demands Israel's elimination.
