@ofthebrownajah Adolin is one of the nicest and most supportive characters in fantasy, and the argument that he hasn't fixed the emotional problems of the character I like but is helping a character I don't care about says more about the OP then about Adolin.

@CosmereNetwork Fairly unpopular opinion but I really like Kelsier. He showed a brilliant duality between a jovial and kind person who truly cared about those close to him, and a deeply disturbing domestic terrorist who had zero compassion or empathy to anyone even slightly related to his enemy.

@panmalazan So like all things It's a matter of scale selfishness is at the core of immorality and empathy and self sacrifice is the core of morality however laying down your life for the life of another is the extreme example one can be morale without going to the furthest extreme.
