I did a transaction yesterday at a filling station using their pos. It showed declined only to get home and saw an debit alert email of #15,370.00 (slip attached). Kindly look into this and reverse the money back to my account. Pls get back. Thank you.

@MrwealthA @UBACares This is ridiculous. If not checked, the supposed cashless economy in Nigeria can not be achieved. People will be scared of using PoS. Timelines of responding to complaints is another challenge in this part of the world.
