-Deprive yourself of sleep
-Hate on people you don’t know
-Live a life trying to impress others
-Don’t have goals or projects to work on
-Blame your problems & emotions on others

You don’t have time to improve the only vessel with which you experience the world and to prolong your life as a whole.
